Available Hunting Leases
Red River Timberlands Hold Harmless AgreementIf you enter the Timberlands to view an available tract or for any other purpose you do so at your own risk. Specifically, you assume all risks associated with entry upon or inspection of the Timberlands and all liability for injury or damages to persons or property of any kind or nature arising out of or related to entry upon or inspection of the Timberlands. You agree to indemnify the owner of the Timberlands, Hancock Forest Management, Inc. and any of their affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents or contractors against and hold them harmless from any and all loss, liability, claims, damages, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, suffered or incurred by any of them, and arising out of or related to entry upon or inspection of the Timberlands by you or by any other party entering the Timberlands with you or at your direction.
