Red River Timberlands Hold Harmless AgreementIf you enter Red River Timberlands lands to view an available tract or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold Red River Timberlands, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors (collectively, the Red River Timberlands parties) harmless from, all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned, leased, or managed by Red River Timberlands. Red River Timberlands reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any tracts listed on our website. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
